Gateway Financial Advisers

Founded by an Inland Revenue Pensioneer Trustee and an Accountant in 2001, Gateway Financial Advisers operates in the commercial and personal areas of Independent Financial Advice. It also incorporates commercial and residential loan departments.

Peter Smith as been asked by Gateway Financial Advisers to run a 3 day Vision Management workshop to support them in building a plan for growth. This will be completed during July and the programme has also attracted £1000 funding for Gateway under the Leaders First funding programme.

Leaders First is a programme delivered through Train to Gain to provide training and support to leaders and managers. Train to Gain is the Government flagship service that supports employers of all sizes and in all sectors to improve the skills of their employees as a route to improving their business performance.

Leaders First gives strategic decision makers within an organisation, the opportunity to develop valuable strategic skills to drive their organisation forward.
