The Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations

Peter Smith, from Oakbridge Associates has been invited by ACEVO to provide coaching and business consultancy  to a selected few of its 2000 members to assist them in identifying new or improved income generation.

The support, spread over a period of twelve months will:

• Support organisations to analyse their identified revenue option
• Review existing systems and business model aligned with revenue option
• Assist organisations to develop an appropriate Income Generation real-time strategy and key performance indicators
• Aid client organisations to understand appropriate pricing models
• Provide support to organisations to develop an appropriate Income Generation Policy
• Provide help to maximise existing or new markets.
• Work with organisations to prepare for actual delivery
• Assist the leaders to develop an on-going competence in strategic income generation

ACEVO is the Association of Chief Executives of Voluntary Organisations and are the leading voice for chief executives in the third sector. With over 2,000 members nationwide, they support, develop, connect and represent third sector leaders. They offer a variety of services to their members including; access to a wide range of professional publications, free helplines covering areas such as HR, fundraising and accountancy, discounted special services from management consultancy services to private medical insurance and discounted or free membership to the IoD, RSA and Commonwealth Club. In addition, they give their members access to ACEVO events, conferences and publications that are either free or discounted.
