Case Study - Revive Auto Innovations Ltd

Revive Auto Innovations Ltd were established in July 2004 and have focused on building their SMART repair franchise network and moving towards their objective of becoming the premier provider of high quality paint repairs to the automotive market whilst maintaining their ethical and caring principles as they grow. In an innovative move at the end of 2005 Revive! became the first company in the Smart Repair sector to implement the use of Water Based paints; several years ahead of legislation that will eventually restrict the use of solvent based paints which damage the environment.

To help them to clarify their objectives for future growth, Revive invited Peter Smith to work with them in initially building a clear and deliverable market strategy and then to provide guidance in it's future implementation and delivery. The Board embraced Vision Management and attended an initial one day workshop which allowed then to gain a greater understanding of their market offering. By using Vision Management™, they were able to identify how to best position their products and services and to then take advantage of the true market potential.

At the end of this first meeting Mark Llewellyn, Managing Director for Revive said, "This is the first time I have been able to build a plan that I know I can deliver". Revive have since enjoyed growth exceeding 25% per annum for three years and are now embarking on the next phase of growth.
