The Association of Psychological Therapies invites Oakbridge Associates to help them develop and support their strategy for growth

The Association of Psychological Therapies provides over 10,000 participant-days training per annum, mainly to the UK National Health and Social Services. Employing over 100 highly experienced clinical and educational psychologists on a consultancy basis their  area of expertise is predominantly in mental health and related fields.

After many succesful years in achieving steady growth, APT felt now was the time to expand into new areas including alternative delivery methods and new course options.

Following a Strategic Planning workshop, APT moved forward with a much clearer strategy and view of their options together with a measureable plan that they were confident could be achieved. I continued to work with them for a number of months in progressing the plan and providing advice and guidance on key issues as they arose. New courses have beed devised, developed and launched alongside new methods of engagement with prospective clients. Alongside this, new markets have been opened and a whole new opportunity is under development.
