Having a clear vision for the sort of business you want in 3 - 5 years time is easy, or is it?

At the time  your business started, you may have been driven by a goal or aspiration to be successful under your own steam. No doubt, as your venture expanded, the pressures of finance, people management, operational requirements, bigger premises, and more competition, has probably suppressed your dream.

For the future, you may have an idea about the sales turnover, number of staff , theproducts and services to be sold, but building a plan that you can be sure you can deliver often uncovers issues that are outside your area of expertise or experience. You are often too close to the action to be objective and realistic about what can be achieved. Ambition can sometimes exceed what is possible.

Vision Management allows you to consider how your business will develop and how the world around may influence that growth. You & your colleagues will let your imaginations visualize the business 3-5 years forward and build a clear idea of the scale and scope of this “new” company
