East Midlands Excellence Network

Peter Smith, Director of local business development consultancy, Oakbridge Associates Ltd, presented at the February meeting of the Excellence network. Investors in Excellence Limited is a not-for-profit organisation made up of performance improvement specialists with a passion for delivering lasting value. They are the largest organisation of this type in Europe.

They are a subsidiary of Midlands Excellence, a registered charity established in 1996 and dedicated to promoting and recognising excellent performance.
They support hundreds of individuals and organisations in their pursuit of excellence, adding value by sharing examples of good practice from within our community. 

This key presentation, delivered by Peter on February 27th, provided an insight into the strategic issues facing many small and medium sized businesses. The animated presentation included a range of personal case studies and examples from real life that many in the audience could identify with. Feedback included the following positive comments:
